We also build and run online software that repair shops and other businesses use day to day: repair tracking, invoices and estimates, appointment booking, and an inbox for conversations with their own customers. Client businesses sign in to their own account; their customers' information stays separate from every other business's.
Business messaging integration
In testing
A business that uses our software will be able to connect its Facebook Page and linked Instagram professional account, receive the messages its customers send there, and reply from the same inbox. This feature is being tested and will be offered to client businesses once Meta's app review is complete.
Each business authorizes the connection itself through Meta's permission screen, and can disconnect at any time from its settings or from its Facebook settings. We use what Meta shares only to deliver and answer that business's own messages.
